Reiki is a privilege, offering you support on your healing journey.

How this works is I am a conduit for the Reiki to occur.
During your Reiki healing treatment I will lay my hands on you, over your energy centres or anywhere Reiki directs me.

Healing comes from Rei- universal spirit Ki- Prana life force energy and I channel this into you. I will have aromatherapy and relaxation music on in the background.

All you need to do is relax and surrender to this peaceful, loving pure healing presence.

Reiki is a holistic health practice that nurtures mental, emotional and spiritual health, which in turn positively impacts physical wellbeing.

When we address the mind, body and soul with Reiki we shift, relieve stress emotions and traumas held consciously or unconsciously within the body in a loving and gentle way.

This energetic healing practice of laying hands activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowing blood pressure and heart rate, promoting deep relaxation, peace and tranquility.

It is good for pain relief, speeds up physical healing and allows for healing to occur on all levels.
